- londons_explore 3y agoI'm only here for a few weeks, but it is surprisingly similar to bits of eastern Europe. The USSR was far more unifying in terms of culture than I had imagined for places so geographically far apart, and now, 35 years later, all those ex-ussr societies have evolved in similar ways - with a lot of influence from the west/USA.
