- salawat 3y agoWhen you cut corners and refuse to "shine the apple", this is what happens. Quality Assurance is not a joke. It's your insurance of yraceability, accountability, and accident prevention through process and observability. And yes, it costs. When you don't do it, welcome to watching people die, and watching workpieces tear themselves apart.
