If gravity is somehow caused by something like information flow, then a rotating body has an associated rotating flow of information related to the rotating atoms/microscopic degrees of freedom observable at distance. This might have an effect making it distinct from a non-rotating body.
I believe the gradient of a flow field is a tensor, giving gravity tensorial effects as expected.
