This is garbage. I have several Roku devices and it’s ridiculous they can change the ToS years later on something I already own. Not to mention, how can it this be enforceable? Roku has no way to prove who clicked the acceptance - could be the owner, or their impatient toddler who wants to watch Blues Clues, or a guest in the house.
