I have only a surface level understanding of dark matter and dark energy, but they both feel very unsatisfying to me. Sort of like a cheat code.
I hope one of these new theories gains respectability.
- DougN7 3y agoYes, exactly! “Our math doesn’t work unless we invent something to make up the difference”. Feels very much like the Ether scientists believed in earlier. Of course, it might really be, but it feels suspect.
