Budget Laptops for 2024
- meristohm 3y agoI spent about a grand of work-money for a refurbished Dell laptop and the machine is probably overkill. I've made do with hand-me-downs and trades for my personal uses since building my first PC in the early 2000s. The best budget laptop is one that does what you want it to even if it's not the fastest, can run LMDE 6 (or whatever you like for Linux/BSD, because why would you use anything else ;) and kicks the e-waste can a bit further down the road. Please, please consider the full cost of these wonderful electronics.
