Canada is adding 1/2 million immigrants a year. Does not matter how much they build the demand will outstrip housing stock.
- lm411 3y agoIt's actually much worse, as the immigration count doesn't include temporary residents -- the majority of of which will become permanent residents. Meanwhile YoY housing starts are down.
