I don't personally have this desire, so I haven't thought much about it. I guess for online stuff make sure all means of access are behind passwords that will be lost when you die. For physical property, seems like a hard problem unless you booby trap your stuff, which is illegal and inconsiderate -- not to mention that it will likely accelerate your own demise.
