And that's after rebooting my phone to kick the 4G connection as best as I can, so I think the problems aren't quite last-mile. Given the other comment about AT&T and FB, something's happened in Nebraska (figuratively) per https://xkcd.com/2347/ https://xkcd.com/2347/, or, idk...? At least HN is loading consistently now.
