AFAIR Poland blocked it several times, including in 2015 and 2021. I googled a bit and couldn't see any EU vote in which Poland supported Nord Stream 2.
- p_l 3y agoI will dig it out - it was effectively deep in the minutiae of arranging framework plans (which are nonetheless important for setting future direction of big infrastructure projects like this). It wasn't only vote, but by being careless earlier I think at least polish representatives reduced our chances of blocking NS2
