I am curious about that too. Early days I managed to get around the guardrails by asking for an essay about a more obscure (I will argue he isn't that obscure) dictator, Polpot in this case, basically whitewashing his crimes and it did. Next day I tried again and polpot was guardrailed, heavily, which was pretty fast. I'd also argue that it wasn't a jailbreak as much as a human hack since I'd assumed they'd guardrail the usual suspects so I went more obscure. Jailbreaks are fun to toy around with but it seems moot with open models.
