It needs to be in line with her importance and the importance of other people working on this. Although if you have a shipping product in the wild this is really odd (unless you don't make money and have no business model). If the only reason she is being given cofounder status and all this equity is because they are banging and your friend is horny, you either need to step in and tell them no or leave. I am concerned that two of your cofounders are engaged in a new romantic relationship.
