You’re right, I throttle submissions. Currently, you can submit up to five coffees per hour. After that, a health warning is shown, and the coffee intake doesn’t get recorded. That said, without accounts, it’s really challenging to verify coffee intake. I am not shooting for 100% accuracy. It’s just a fun side project. I try to encourage people to post their coffees so that there’s less incentive to cheat.
