What about a recruiter who doubles as a "thought-leader / consultant / entrepreneur / father" in their by-line?
Sadly, there aren't any other reasonable options with regards to job searches and candidate advertising than LinkedIn.

It worked a lot better because I usually directly interacted with hiring managers.
