Ask HN: Does ChatGPT-4 have 128K context window or is it just for the API?

GPT-4-Turbo has 128K context window. I was wondering if that is just available on the API, or whether the ChatGPT-4 app also has that much context window. Given that Claude 3 now has 200K, I'm also interested to know if Anthro is offering that only to API.
