- sidewndr46 3y agoso if I set up my own app store with nothing but apps designed to scam people, Apple has to allow me to do it?
- BearOso 3y agoYou could, but few people are going to fall for that. Are you offering something that would entice people away, something huge like Fortnite? Most non-technical people will stick with the App store.
- fngjdflmdflg 3y agoMy guess is that since fraud is presumably illegal in the EU, scam developers are not protected by the DMA. But I don't know EU law and didn't read the full text of the DMA although I did read some of the English version a while ago,
