Sometimes doing blind interviews can lead to more lopsided gender outcomes.
- 0_____0 3y agoAbsolutely. I think it makes sense to decide what outcomes you want. I'm an activist in the sense that I want to see everyone who is inclined to participate in something due to interest or talent do so, not necessarily now, but 20, 30 years from now. When people get discouraged and shut out from jobs, sports, music scenes, it's a loss, especially if that means we perpetuate patterns that lose us hundreds, thousands, millions of talented individuals in the future.
