Are you actually responsible for living with the decision to make a good or bad hire? Or are you speaking in hypotheticals?
- swader999 3y agoI've hired about a hundred people over a couple of decades. Recruited for Boards too but don't really count that. I guess I should say that a lot of these hires have been 'diverse' but that wasn't a factor in the decision. I've only had two white males out of eight of my last hires and I had to really think about this.
