Would a £150k wage tempt you to a Scottish island?
- bell-cot 3y agoApplicant must be an MD, licensed to serve as a GP in the UK. You'll be serving 4,700 people, spread across 6 islands. No mention of how many other MD's there might be in this island medical practice, to make your workload anything less than Sisyphan. (Ditto for nurses, X-ray technicians, etc.) By comparison, the Isle of Rum's offer - £62,000/year for a teacher, with 7 students total - sounds like heaven on earth.
