Small suggestion: Add a stronger CTA (I was thinking after the 3 steps and before the 'next steps'). At that point I was ready to sign-up to try it out but wasn't sure what to do next. FWIW I think this is an interesting approach. We're trying to approach one specific use case in our own product (I'm in agreement that smaller companies need an alternate solution to larger CRM tools). Good luck!
