Why is cap table sensitive? When I look at a public company one of the most important things to know is how many shares there are.
- hn_throwaway_99 3y agoThe comment you replied to did say to request total shares outstanding. The full cap table will show how much each individual investor owns, and there are valid reasons to want to keep that private.
