Everything about landing on the moon is challenging. Seems oddly specific to pick this challenge? Weird.
- whartung 3y agoThe past few failed missions certainly highlights how amazing the successes the US had back in the day. 50-60 years of history, crazy advances in technology from materials to computers to everything else, yet its still objectively a difficult, "unsolved" problem.
- m4rtink 3y agoBack then it was done with much bigger budgets & still generated quite a few craters till they got it right.
