If the Verdict was against Trump, he'd have immediately said - "I'll file an appeal". Now, why can't others do that as well?

  Most probably, but there is reality and speculation. The point here is the rule of the law and unanimous votes.

  You can’t appeal a SCOTUS decision. There’s no higher court.
