I disagree. Somewhere out there is an ambitious and voracious law firm just chomping at the bit for a chance at Microsoft’s or OpenAI’s billions. They will sue and the situation will get clarification.
- JonChesterfield 3y agoDefinitely. It'll take a decade or two and cost millions of dollars. Doesn't actually matter which side wins, GPL will no longer be a thing either way after that long. It's a spectacular play by Microsoft.
