Git and vim editing are two of our most used software, both text-based, and both would be greatly improved if they were AST-aware!
- offices 3y agoFor the latter, LSP support in neovim is primordial but exciting.
- melodyogonna 3y agoNeovim is now AST-aware with Treesitter and my, is it such an improvement? You have an editor fully aware of core programming constructs like function arguments, loops, conditionals, functions, classes, etc.
