I'm not sure what you meant, you doing them or the other person doing them?
- aidenn0 3y agoMe doing them. E.g if I'm making eye contact with you, I'm thinking about making eye contact with you, not what you're saying.
- jimkleiber 3y agoAhhh, ok, I hear you now. I wonder if just practicing the skills more, maybe even in a practice environment, would help you feel more comfortable with them. Have you found that over time there have been some things you feel more and more comfortable doing?
