We spend 1.5 out of 5 days just catching up to stuff in meetings and documenting. If it was 2.5 days of work per week, we'd just end up doing overtime to get stuff done. I actually did do 4 hour weeks back when I was freelancing, though. It's equally efficient, assuming you don't work with a lot of people.
