I use ChatGPT 4 daily (usually one of my custom GPTs). 3.5 is next to useless on anything I'm reaching to ChatGPT for.
For pipeline / LLM project stuff- sometimes I can use 3.5, but again most interesting things I take on requires 4. 3.5 is so unreliable, is terrible at detailed / specific prompts.
Fine tuning 3.5 helps massively though. Especially for things like using it as a general classifier.
