Paying more doesn't make it any safer for flight attendants to serve you.
- eesmith 3y agoWhich is safer: 1. having several crew members half-way down the aisle of the main cabin with a heavy drinks cart when the expected turbulence hits, or; 2. delivering a single drink by hand to someone who paid extra for that level of service, and where the flight crew can be strapped down within a minute should turbulence start? It's not like turbulence predictions are 100% correct. This link seems more designed to spread outrage than be informative. Are American flights often not serving drinks these days? Are the profits from beer/wine sales in the main cabin not enough? Or is this a one-time thing misinterpreted as a personal affront?
