I don't see how the suppliers are irreplacable. It is probably easier to start a business making auto parts to fill the demands than it is to start a business making cars.
- Retric 18y agoThey can be replaced, but they will not be replaced by US companies. The south spent about 50k / worker to get Honda and others to start building cars in the US but much of Honda's labor force is still out side the US.
