The SPX connector has been gone. Rev4 (Standard Kickstand) is compatible with normal RJ45 568B. You can slap it into any of the current Starlink PoE injectors on the market (like from Yaosheng) with general success.
Though if you find yourself stuck with an SPX model, Yaosheng also has a nice quality adapter cheap, too.
