One of my favorite leadership/parenting/management lessons is his Green & Clean story [0]. A great demonstration/example of some of the 7 Habits principles. We're trying something similar with our kids (though still learning how to implement it as well as he explained!) and they seem to like it, I think because it shows we trust them and we give them some freedom, and we're also ready to help them if they'd like that.
