- hnburnsy 3y agoI would think if Delaware Judge approves this payout, it will accelerate companies leaving Delaware as their incorporation HQ.

- wdb 3y agoIt's not clear to me why Tesla would need to pay this and not the person that hired these lawyers? And it's odd that the shareholder has issues with a $56B payout but is fine for a $6B payout to its lawyers. Doesn't make sense
