if it weren’t for that point, it might be :sob: instead of :sweat_smile: - it must matter quite a bit, as running a different os would greatly diminish the point. with that the original intent, it almost competes with it a bit.
- gigatexal 3y agoYeah … lock-in is a dangerous thing. But the Apple hardware is just so nice. The Lenovo is nice too but it’s plastic and stuff. Logically I should get the Lenovo. Emotionally I’m thinking I want the Mac. lol what’s wrong with me?

- catchnear4321 3y agonothing. apple focused on ecosystem to make it a hard choice. after all, what’s bad with being locked in paradise? at least that’s somewhat the intent, put a bit darkly - make you forget there’s anything out there, because you are perfectly happy in here, and never mind the locked door.
