It's a selective tax break that specifically targets only a certain subset of the population, and not the rest, that would be enacted in an election year, a handful of months before the election occurs.
- deprecative 3y agoThat describes basically every single policy in existence. It's not a useful metric to try to determine these things. Besides, it'd have to be bipartisan. So everyone is paying people to vote.
