This is an interesting case, in part because what can US courts do to force corporations in other countries to obey their orders. Then there's the issue that the software from these companies are a threat to freedom and democracy everywhere. I hope the courts can force them to disclose their attacks but I really doubt it will happen. There have been many times that despotic regimes have used this software against reports, democracy advocates, basically innocents. I'd really like to see this software come under restrictions, and I'd like to see this kind of work prohibited internationally.
