I've applied to Spruce 2 times before and never got any kind of response.
And I am an experienced developer on the tech stack you claim to want.
Are you seriously hiring?
- gedy 3y agoIt seems like HN posts that use Lever or Greenhouse have a notably worse response rate - I'm wondering if they let the HR-types filter out and ignore a lot of resumes easily. I've taken to mostly ignoring listings that use these due to the black hole behavior of them.
