I think it's best for HN readers to look at the original complaint in this case. Usually we'd make the opposite call and link to the best third-party article, with the original complaint linked in the comments. But this is a story that HN readers are highly familiar with—more familiar than the article writers, in many cases—so the original is probably the best link for HN.
