No … as mentioned it shows how car centric transportation is unsustainable. City should reinvest into downtown core. Build up, redesign city with bike lanes while reducing car lanes. Remove parking lots, parking garages. Slowly get rid of highways running straight through downtown cores. Cities need to stop subsidizing suburban living. Recapture more funds that was previously invested in “road/street” maintenance into more sustainable and environmentally friendly infrastructure (bikes, walking, improving bus services/lanes, rail).
