    When elon had panic attack last year he disable the starlink terminals for Ukrianians. He can do the same for russians any time.

      It's not the same mechanism. And terminals weren't disabled..Areas were. Ukrainians want service to work everywhere They buy their terminals from the same locations as Russians do. When they submit a list of dishes that are theirs, SpaceX will turn off the ones not on their list.
