Docusign just admitted that they use customer data to train AI

It is also relevant for AI Labs services. Not familiar with the product set of DocuSign, but how much of the general usage that people see is from CLM - is that the main product that is used ?

  Luckily they don't know what they're doing and all this is going to end in a heaping pile of nonsense. They feed in legal templates and pii. Then they presumably need to blind the pii to get a usable model. So what do they get out of it? Legal templates. Brilliant use of AI... I guess they could make a legal template checker and suggest more cover-your-ass clauses to customers?
