Chinese Retailer Caught Selling Starlink Terminals to Russia
- ggm 3y ago"Caught" is headline-ese. Does China have a directive opposing this? Is the sale a breach of Chinese or Russian law? Is it even a breach of US laws, or is it a civil contract dispute around resale of a device and service contract? I don't like it, (the acquisition of these devices for a regime which is engaged in evil) but "caught" is emoting about matters of substance and facts. What's the factual burdens on this guy, in this case?
