The negativity comes from people who know, or can sympathize with, people who work in call centers and dont have a lot of other job prospects. What do they do now? It's scary because when we remove jobs from the market without having a replacement we dont actually make the world any better. We just make a company more profitable. I for one couldnt give two shits if Klarna is successful or not. But I do care if the person who is a perfectly fine call center employee but doesnt have a ton of other skills is able to support themselves or not.
