Dunno why you think more prosperity leads to more children when it's almost always the other way around. Poorer, less educated people have more kids. Once a society develops economically, they have less kids. This is a worldwide phenomenon.
UBI will free you from having to work shitty jobs. You think people will spend their newfound time raising kids instead? Doubt

That isn't the same thing as prosperity. If economic value isn't distributed to the working classes, there's more work without prosperity. Look at South Korea, where people work hard in order to cover basic essentials like housing. Maybe according to the WEF or Economist that's "prosperity" and a "higher standard of living", but it's an obvious scam to anyone who isn't thoroughly brainwashed by capitalism
