There are several "FRP bypass techniques" that you can find on Youtube.
I've had success unlocking a phone using one myself, but only after trying other 3 techniques unsuccesfully
These techniques are convoluted, dependant on Android versions and phone model, and nothing guarantees success, so you will need a lot of patience, but I would at least try them. for example: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=F5O5l-ekLiw https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=F5O5l-ekLiw
- aestetix 3y agoI tried every technique like that I could find. The "share" feature isn't available for my system, the "file manager" hack didn't work for me, and my phone would not make emergency calls through the wifi. Not that I really want to interrupt a vital service like 911 for this. But if any new techniques emerge, I will gladly try them all!

Do that. The people at the probate court are the ones who know what to do in a case like this.
