The territory is still a part of Egypt. Bad headline Absolute garbage article. The headline absolutely implies the transfer of ownership of land between nations. Which would be actually newsworthy. Nope, just a regular old development deal. Which is probably somewhat newsworthy in circles, but certainly not something most people here care about.
