- classified 3y agoIf the goal is to repel and frustrate any support requests, you might as well use a torture bot instead of people. Support requests go down because users learn it has become futile. Pop the champagne corks, the strategy works. Then users jump ship because they aren't getting any support. Champagne, anyone?
