  Yes, I heard it the first time that you didn't answer my question and instead changed subject. The fact is that no one was stopping you from saying on Twitter that diversity is bad for the talent pool, you just made it up.

      99% of the times when people talk about "freedom of speech on Twitter", those are the ones. I suspect that getting banned on Twitter for saying something ambiguous that was misinterpreted is a tiny minority compared to those who are hellbent of hounding their pet hate minority and get banned for it.
