Most of the spam I [rarely] see is pro-Hamas terrorist sympathisers, many likely bots. My comments reliably get liked by some lonely Asian or East European lady with random quotes on their account (mostly bots). But as far as actual tweets/content and interactions: it's all real people, super interesting, and very up to date news flying at the speed of light.
