No, if you search through it it adds 'imprisonment for life' to both the 'advocating genocide' offence and also the 'Offence motivated by hatred' under the act (presumably meaning online speech) section separately.
- briga 3y agoIt's seems to leave a lot of room for interpretation. Is _any_ hate crime punishable by life imprisonment? I would hope no judges in this country would agree with such an interpretation, but you never know
